Egyptian President warns against Ethiopian dam
Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi has said "all options are open" to deal with any threat to his country's water supply posed by an Ethiopian dam.
President Morsi says he is not calling for war - but he is adamant he will not allow his country's water supply to be jeopardised.
Egypt was apparently caught by surprise when Ethiopia started diverting the Blue Nile last month, as part of works to construct a giant hydroelectric dam.
