Challenges facing pregnant teenagers in South Africa

South Africa's constitutional court has ruled that automatically excluding pregnant girls from school is discriminatory.

The country has one of the highest rates of teenage pregnancies in Africa but doctors say young females are also risking their lives by becoming expectant mothers.
