Virtual therapy reaches Chad via Skype

Chad is one of the world's least developed countries - and despite 10 years of oil production giving the country a much needed boost of cash, health services are still chronically under-funded.

The problem is particularly pressing for mental health, which is a neglected and taboo subject - the country has only one psychiatrist.

Now a Canadian psychologist is helping to change that through a free therapy service via Skype, as BBC Africa's Celeste Hicks reports.
