Kenya mall siege: Journalist on 'horrifying' scenes

A Kenyan journalist, who filmed inside the Nairobi mall attacked by suspected al-Shabab militants, has described the scenes as "horrifying".

Joseph Mathenge arrived at the shopping complex after he was phoned by a friend working there when gunmen stormed the building on Saturday.

At least 67 civilians and military personnel were killed in the initial assault and the four-day siege that followed.

His footage shows civilians being evacuated, and soldiers sweeping the building.
