Kenya leading ICC rule change bid

Kenya is leading African diplomatic efforts to amend the rules of the International Criminal Court so that sitting heads of state could be protected from prosecution.

Kenya's Foreign Minister Amina Mohammed told the BBC's Anna Holligan that trials in The Hague were not suitable for all circumstances, and home grown procedures should have precedence.
