Time restrictions stop mourners from seeing Mandela

Mourners in Pretoria have spoken of their disappointment at being turned away from seeing the body of Nelson Mandela.

Authorities stopped busses from park and ride points because there was not enough time left to accommodate all of those already waiting in line.
