Oscar Pistorius recounts moment of shooting

South African athlete Oscar Pistorius has broken down in court as he described what happened on the night he shot his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

He was speaking for the first time about the moments leading up to the fatal shots being fired, and how he found Ms Steenkamp dead.
