South African photographs tell apartheid history
An exhibition of photographs and moving images telling the history of apartheid is one of the events held in South Africa to celebrate 20 years of democracy.
The event features the work of dozens of photographers and artists.
The images explain the country's long, hard journey to freedom, particularly for those visitors born after 1994 - the "born-free" generation.
BBC Africa's Nomsa Maseko reports.
