Amnesty: 'Military warned of impending attack on town'

Nigeria's military had advance warning of an attack which some 270 girls were kidnapped but failed to act, a rights group says.

Amnesty International says it was told by several credible sources that the military was given more than fours hours' warning of the raid in the area of the school where the girls were taken from.

Amnesty International's Nigeria expert, Makmid Camara said that there was notice of an attack on the Chibok area.
