Tripoli rockets hit residential area

Libya will hold parliamentary elections on 25 June, amid the turmoil plaguing its two biggest cities - Tripoli and Benghazi.

A growing paramilitary force. led by a retired general in the east. says it is fighting terrorism as it attacks Islamist militias in Benghazi.

Tripoli meanwhile is still on edge following inter-militia clashes at the weekend.

Since then, loud explosions have been heard in the middle of the night and many believe rival militias are targeting each other.

On Tuesday night rockets fell in a residential area in Tripoli.
