Kenya massacre: Aftermath of al-Shabab attack

At least 48 people have been killed in attacks on hotels and a police station near a popular tourist resort in Kenya.

The Islamist militant group, Somalia's al-Shabab, from neighbouring Somalia, have said they carried out the attack in Mpeketoni.
