Africa's Ebola outbreak 'out of control', warns MSF

The charity Medecins Sans Frontieres has said the Ebola outbreak in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia is totally out of control.

Ebola was first reported around March in Guinea, and has since spread to some neighbouring countries.

Director of Operations at MSF, Dr Bart Janssens, warned the epidemic would spread to more countries, unless there was a stronger international response.
