Ivory Coast tries to protect border from Ebola

The World Health Organisation has warned that as many as 20,000 people could be infected with Ebola.

According to the most recent figures more than 3,000 cases have been reported.

The outbreak was first reported in West Africa in March and has since become the deadliest spread of the disease since its discovery in 1976.
