Oscar Pistorius verdict: Reeva killing peculiar - judge

A South African judge has described the death of Reeva Steenkamp as "very peculiar", as she prepares to give a verdict at his murder trial.

Thokozile Masipa said numerous questions remained unanswered about what happened in the early hours of Valentine's Day 2013.

However, she added that this was not necessarily proof that Mr Pistorius was guilty of murdering his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, who the athlete claims he mistook for an intruder.
