Protests in Burkina Faso against President Compaore

Police in Burkina Faso have clashed with demonstrators angry at plans put forward by the country's president to extend his term in office.

Blaise Compaore, who has been in power for 27 years, is trying to change the constitution to allow him to run in next year's elections.
