Zambian President Michael Sata dies in UK hospital

President of Zambia, Michael Sata, has died aged seventy-seven, after being treated for an undisclosed illness in a London hospital.

His death comes not long after the the marking of 50 years of Zambian independence.

It is not clear who will be the next leader of Zambia, it may be decided at a cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
