UK-funded centre offers hope in Sierra Leone Ebola battle

The current Ebola outbreak was first officially recognised last March, but the virus is still spreading and devastating communities in West Africa.

But treatment is slowly getting through to some those who need it most in Sierra Leone's capital, where a new Ebola treatment centre set up by the British Army has begun testing blood samples.
