Deadly violence in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo

After several months of relative calm, the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo is again experiencing extreme violence.

More than 120 people, including women and children have been killed near the border with Uganda.

The UN thinks the rebel group the Allied Democratic Forces, which is from Uganda, is responsible, but does not know why it is killing civilians.
