DR Congo protest: Hundreds on streets as clashes flare

There has been a second day of clashes in the Democratic Republic of Congo between police and demonstrators opposed to a new electoral bill.

Demonstrators say that government plans for a census before the next election could take years to complete - delaying a vote and allowing President Joseph Kabila to stay in power.
