Nigeria election: Left voteless by Boko Haram

Insecurity in north-eastern Nigeria has been high on the agenda as the country heads for elections.

An estimated three million people have fled their homes to escape attacks by the militant Islamist group Boko Haram. Many of these internally displaced people are not living in camps, but with relatives across the country, making it difficult for them to return home to vote.

The BBC's Abdullahi Kaura Abubakar reports from Kaduna.
