Buhari's birthplace Daura celebrates Nigerian win

On Tuesday, opposition leader General Muhammadu Buhari was elected President of Nigeria.

Many across northern Nigeria, especially in Daura, the birthplace of the president-elect, have been celebrating ever since.

The BBC's Abdullahi Kaura Abubakar met Gen Buhari's childhood best friend Alhaji Lawal Aliyi, to find out more about Nigeria's newly-elected leader.
