Libyan coastguard rescues 300 migrants in 24 hours

Around 400 people, including many women and children, are still missing after their boat capsized off Libya.

The African migrants who survived have been taken to the island of Sicily and the Italian mainland.

Libyan migrants pay for passage on large boats but are forced to travel on unsafe dinghies.
