How both China and the US are helping Lesotho

We are all used to the idea that American culture travels the world, but in some parts of the globe its dominance is being challenged by the increasingly visible presence of China.

That is the case in many parts of Africa, where Chinese businesses are increasingly becoming part of the landscape.

Ahead of US President Barack Obama's visit to Kenya, the BBC's Africa correspondent, Andrew Harding, has been to Lesotho in southern Africa, to assess whether American influence on the continent is on the wane.
