Kenya's motor racing hopeful without a driving licence

He is just 17 and does not have a driving licence, but Kenya's Tejas Hirani has won 48 motor-racing championships both locally and internationally.

This weekend he will be the first Kenyan and first African driver to race in the FIA world Rally cross RX Lite Championship in Barcelona, Spain.
