Because of its climate and location, flooding hits Malawi almost every year. The disaster in 2015 was the most costly to hit the country.

More than 100 people died and tens of thousands lost their homes at a cost of $23m (£17m).

So is anyone planning to reduce the risks and prevent a repeat?
