How Trump cuts affect abortions in Africa

US President Donald Trump's ban on funding groups which support abortion has infuriated many global health organisations who say it will unintentionally lead to more pregnancies, abortions and deaths in Africa.

Supporters of the ban say it protects the fundamental right to life.
