Kenya's President Uhuru Kenyatta re-elected

Uhuru Kenyatta has called on all parties to "work together" after he was re-elected president of Kenya.

Mr Kenyatta won the election with 54.3% of the vote.

His nearest rival, Raila Odinga, won 44.7%.
