Uganda MPs fight during parliament debate

Scuffles broke out in Uganda's parliament during a debate on plans to remove the presidential age limit.

Under the constitution, a person standing for president must be no more than 75, meaning the current head of state, Yoweri Museveni, is ineligible to run in the next polls in 2021.
