UK soldier in Helmand: Taliban are always watching us
Helmand Province has long proved a security concern for Nato-led forces operating in Afghanistan, where Taliban fighters still pose a daily threat to soldiers and civilians.
In October, British troops took over from US forces in an area know as the 'valley of death', between the towns of Sangin and Gereshk.
The BBC's Caroline Wyatt visited the area and spoke to Pte Danny Hadley of 2 Mercian, who said the Taliban watch their every move.
