Photos restored after Japan tsunami to return home

Thousands of photos have been retrieved during clean-up operations following last year's tsunami in Japan.

The city of Ofunato has hired a team specialised in restoring pictures and is now attempting to return the albums to their homes.

After a careful cleaning and restoring process, the pictures are taken to the temporary housing complexes -where many residents are still living- in the hope that someone will be able to identify them.
