'Effigies of Obama were burned'

Militants in Afghanistan have attacked a government delegation who were visiting the site where a US soldier killed 16 civilians.

The delegation included two of President Karzai's brothers and security officials.

One Afghan soldier was killed and three other people were injured during the attack in Panjwai in Kandahar province.
