Chinese leader Wen Jiabao's emotional farewell

A visibly emotional Chinese Premier, Wen Jiabao has said "sorry" for economic and social problems during his time in office.

He said that after 45 years of public service, history would judge his record.

Premier Wen also said China needed urgent political reforms to protect its economic gains.
