Thai traffic police deliver 100 babies in 15 years

Traffic in Bangkok can be so bad that many women in labour do not make it to the hospital and end up having their babies on the road.

To help in such situations, a special division of the traffic police is constantly trained in how to deliver a baby in an emergency.
