US marines killed in attack on Camp Bastion in Afghanistan

At least two US marines have been killed in a Taliban attack on Camp Bastion, a major base for international forces in southern Afghanistan.

Officials say assailants used small arms, rockets and mortars to attack the perimeter of the camp in Helmand.

The Taliban say the raid was in revenge for a film mocking Islam which has sparked unrest across the Muslim world.
