Afghanistan suicide bomb: Nato troops killed in Khost attack

At least 14 people, including three Nato soldiers, have been killed in a suicide bomb attack in the eastern Afghan city of Khost, officials say.

Four Afghan police officers and six civilians were among the dead and some 60 people were wounded in the attack which has been claimed by Taliban insurgents.

A coalition convoy was reportedly targeted as it passed through a crowded part of Khost, and witnesses said the attacker waited until the troops had left their vehicles before detonating the bomb.
