Elephants compete at Nepal 'beauty contest'

Elephants and their trainers have competed for prizes at a beauty pageant in the village of Sauraha next to the Chitwan National Park in Nepal.

There are around 90 elephants in the area and three made it through to the final round of the contest which is used to highlight the country's elephant preservation programme.
