China-North Korea ties strained over nuclear tests

The BBC's Martin Patience said there is "growing frustration in Beijing" over North Korea's nuclear programme, with China eager to resume six-party talks to resolve the situation.

North Korea's actions comes two days after the UN Security Council announced further sanctions after Pyongyang test-fired a long range rocket last month.
