The UN Secretary General has condemned claims by North Korea that it is considering testing another nuclear weapon.

Speaking to the BBC's Lucy Hockings from Davos, Ban Ki-moon also hit out at a threat made by Pyongyang against what it calls its enemies - seen by many as a threat to the US.
