N Korean threats bring 'risk of miscalculation on all sides'
The UK's Foreign Office says it is considering its next move after North Korea warned it will not be able to guarantee the safety of diplomatic staff.
Pyongyang has issued a series of unusually strong statements in the last few weeks, including threats to attack both US and South Korean targets.
US officials have played down the threat of war on the Korean peninsula, but former British Foreign Office minister Bill Rammell says the threats bring a "real risk of miscalculation on all sides".
Mr Rammell, who is the only British minister to have visited North Korea, says this is the most concerning period in the last 20 years.
