Dhaka death building owner detained

The owner of the textile building that collapsed in the Bangladeshi capital Dhaka, killing hundreds has been arrested.

Mohammed Sohel Rana was detained at the Indian border.

He'd been on the run since the Rana Plaza collapsed on Wednesday.

More survivors were pulled from the rubble on Sunday, but a fire that broke out in the wreckage has hampered efforts to reach victims.
