Taliban flag frustrates Afghan peace talks in Doha
A row over the status of a flag at the Taliban's office in Doha, Qatar, continues to frustrate efforts to start Afghan peace talks there.
After a rebuke from the Qataris, the Taliban removed the flag, only to hoist it again on a shorter flagpole.
The BBC's Aleem Maqbool said the white flag was still visible through a gap in the outside of the Taliban's new office in Doha.
