N Korea arms shipment 'would violate UN resolutions'

The United States ambassador to the United Nations has said that the suspected missiles found in a North Korean ship in Panama would be a violation of UN Security Council resolutions.

Rosemary DiCarlo said: "Shipments of arms or related material to and from (North) Korea would violate Security Council resolutions, three of them as a matter of fact."
