Japanese PM Shinzo Abe wants 'fast action' on economy

Japanese PM Shinzo Abe says his win in Sunday's upper house elections will help him form a stable cabinet, ending political volatility.

Mr Abe says the victory is a clear endorsement of his controversial "Abenomics" programme, which has sparked a tentative economic recovery.
