Search for Mumbai building collapse survivors

A rescue effort is under way in India following the collapse of a four-storey building in the western city of Mumbai.

Reports say dozens of people were believed to be in the building near Dockyard Road when it collapsed.

The BBC's Yogita Limaye in Mumbai said such incidents are common in India and often blamed on poor construction practices.
