Hungry survivors of the Typhoon Haiyan are becoming increasingly desperate in their search for food,

The BBC's Jon Donnison, who is in the worst hit area of Tacloban, witnessed a food distribution warehouse being ransacked, saying: "People are desperate to get hold of whatever food they can."
