Typhoon Haiyan: Aid criticism 'unkind', says minister

The Philippine Secretary of Health has said international criticism of the government's relief efforts was "unkind".

Enrique Ona denied that the administration had failed in its response to the typhoon, which he said was three times more powerful than Hurricane Katrina which struck New Orleans.

He spoke to the BBC's Angus Crawford.
