Typhoon Haiyan: Aid workers balance work and mourning

As relief efforts in the aftermath of the Philippines typhoon gain momentum, many of those distributing aid are Filipino.

It is a tough job with long hours and they are also having to deal with their own personal losses.

So how do they cope? The BBC joined a World Vision aid convoy on the island of Cebu to find out.
