Hong Kong chefs make massive sushi mosaic

More than 100 chefs have joined forces in Hong Kong to create the world's largest sushi mosaic, covering an area of 37.57 sq m.

To keep the sushi fresh, the whole process was completed in a skating rink, as the BBC's Tim Willcox explains.
