Thai police say CCTV shows man throwing explosive device

Police in Bangkok have released CCTV which they say shows the moment a man threw an explosive device at anti-government protesters on Sunday,

At least 28 people were injured in the attack.

The explosion hit activists who are aiming to shut down Thailand's capital and force the government to quit.
