Afghanistan: 'Half of children' suffering malnutrition

Half of all children under five in Afghanistan are suffering from the effects of malnutrition, according to estimations.

After 13 years of Western military intervention and billions of dollars spent on aid, the United Nations says the situation is critical, especially in Helmand province, where British forces are due to leave by the end of this year.
